- The table ventilation must have a separate cut-out in the worktop.

- The remaining web in the worktop (min. 50 mm) between the cut-outs must be reinforced with a joist. The furniture brace aa 409 401/431 is recommended for this purpose.
- Additional notes for flush mounting:
- Installation is suitable in countertops made of stone, synthetic material or solid wood. Heat resistance and waterproof sealing of the cut edges must be taken into account. For other materials, consult the countertop manufacturer for use.
- Depending on the type of installation, ovens can be combined with countertop ventilation.
- When installing ventilation with exhaust air operation and a chimney-bound fireplace, the power supply to the ventilation units must be provided with a suitable safety circuit.
- The control unit must be easily accessible and mounted on the cabinet, protected from water.
